Every facility has specific needs, which is why every one of our contracts is specifically tailored to the facility itself. We can assure all of your facility’s needs will be met with our premier pool management, from scheduling county and electrical inspections, to equipment repairs, to the closing of your pool, our staff is highly proficient in all of the above. We can assure a flawless swimming season that your community’s guests will surely enjoy.

WELCOME MEETING

Upon signing the contract, our staff will schedule a day to meet with the board and or property manager to meet onsite to schedule key dates such as opening the pool, surveying the facility, scheduling key inspections, and arranging chemical delivery.

PRE SEASON PREPARATION

The pool cover will be removed and the pool water will be chemically treated to meet all standards. Pool equipment will be reassembled. All equipment will be inspected for functionality, if necessary we are able to perform any repair in house. All inspections will be handled by us and will take place in this phase of the schedule. Vacuuming, water testing and lab sampling will all be occurring in order to get the pool swim ready for your opening day.

IN SEASON MANAGEMENT

-Your facility will be attended to as many days as requested (as specified in the contract). A PHTA certified pool operator (CPO) will be on site at least once a week to thoroughly sample all bodies of water and adjust as necessary. Additionally the CPO will check that the pools are running up to our standard of no less than top notch, by checking on cleanliness, efficiency and functionality of all filtration systems. Once a week the pool water for each body will be lab tested by an accredited lab and we will submit the results to the county in order to meet NJ Bather Code compliance.

TECHNICIAN VISITS

During your scheduled visits, one of our trained technicians will be on site to vacuum the pool, scrub the walls, test and adjust water chemistry, add water as necessary, scrub the tile line, inspect all equipment, skim the pool’s surface and take inventory of all chemicals on site. You will receive a service report after each visit.

END OF SEASON

A meeting will be scheduled with the facility’s management at the conclusion of the pool closing. The pool will be properly winterized, including but not limited to blowing out all lines, disassembling pumps, filters, and heaters, and reinstallation of the customer’s cover. Equipment repairs will be suggested by us to be completed in the off season.
